Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AhenteKit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

3. Service Description

AhenteKit is an offline-first quotation and pricing computation tool designed to help real estate professionals generate draft computations and quote materials.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for your credentials and all account activity, and you must provide accurate account information.

5. Accuracy and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all quotations before sharing them with any client or third party. AhenteKit does not guarantee outputs are error-free for every transaction.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid access may require subscription purchase and manual payment verification. A subscription sold as 1 month lasts exactly 30 days, and a subscription sold as 1 year lasts exactly 365 days. Billing, renewal, expiration, and access control calculations use those day-based definitions. Activation timing may vary.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or deceptive activities, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse outputs.

9. Availability

Core functionality includes offline capability as a best-effort feature, but authentication, sync, and verification features may require internet connectivity and offline capability is not guaranteed to function in all conditions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AhenteKit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or client opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security incidents, fraud risks, or abuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
